Join us for a nurturing evening of relaxation, restoration, and rejuvenation as we blend the gentle power of Restorative Yoga with the energy-balancing practice of Reiki. In this unique experience, youll be guided through a series of supported yoga poses designed to calm the nervous system and release tension. As you rest deeply in each posture, hands-on or hands-above energy healing will be offered to support balance and flow in your energetic body. No experience is necessaryjust come as you are.
