About this event
Our postpartum Pilates class is a gentle space to reconnect with your body, rebuild strength at your own pace, and take a little time for yourself. Newborns and infants are welcome - we know this season is tender, and you may not be ready to be away from your little one. Bring them along. We're here to support you as you care for yourself and feel your best postpartum.
