About this event

Join Aleshia for a morning of learning about seasonal wellness using herb and plant allies. This workshop allows you to get hands on to make products you can take home. We will be learning to make the following:

• Elderberry Syrup

• Herbal Mushroom Immunity Broth

• Cough & Cold Aromatherapeutic Roll On

• Herbal Steam

You can use these products to keep the whole family well through the winter season. Plus, you will learn great information and tips about some of our favorite medicinal herbs.
