- ➤ About 90 UAW Chapter No. 291 members walked out of their jobs at Cummins yesterday at noon, demanding higher wages, removal of mandatory Saturdays, and elimination of temporary positions. The union will remain on strike until a new contract is reached while Cummins — a company with a plant in Oshkosh — said they will hold virtual and in-person meetings on April 1 and April 22 to resume contract talks.
