- ➤ Woodman's has submitted plans to redevelop the Outlet Shops at Oshkosh into a 270,000 sqft store with a gas station and city staff is reviewing zoning, parking and stormwater requirements; construction is expected to start between 2027 and 2028. WTAQ

- ➤ The EAA Aviation Museum in Oshkosh showcased artifacts from Apollo 8, including items from astronaut Frank Borman (like a flight plan and beta cloth with his wife's image), as the community marked America’s lunar legacy after Wednesday’s Artemis II launch. WTAQ
ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ WPS filed a rate request with the Public Service Commission on Wednesday, seeking to raise electric bills by about $11 in 2027 and $5 in 2028 + increase gas bills by $7 in 2027 while investing in clean energy, tree trimming, and underground cables to boost reliability. WTAQ
