Tonya Hedke of Neenah won a $9.5 million Megabucks jackpot after matching all six numbers drawn on April 12 and claimed her prize Tuesday at a state lottery office in Madison.

She bought her ticket at the Kwik Trip on Gertrude Street in Kaukauna—making it the largest lottery win in Wisconsin this year.

A mobile job lab opened at Oshkosh Correctional Institution to help inmates learn skills for finding work after release.

The lab, a partnership between the Department of Corrections (DOC) and the Department of Workforce Development, offers resume help, career assessments and interview practice for nearly 400 inmates released each year.
