- ➤ Former students at Shapiro STEM Academy walked down memory lane on Saturday, May 9 as they visited the building due for demolition in December to clear way for a new middle school opening in 2028. The academy, named for professor Jacob Shapiro & opened in February 1971, honors his legacy. WBAY
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ On April 30, the House passed a new five-year farm bill that now moves to the Senate, a measure Wisconsin farm leaders say is key to protecting the state's dairy industry (a vital asset). Senate action is expected soon to address year-round E15 and support rural economies. Oshkosh Northwestern
