- ➤ A Colorado man, Romon Mitchell, reached a plea deal in Winnebago County Court after his January arrest in an Oshkosh prostitution sting—he was charged with having a gun as a felon and with possessing Fentanyl and Meth while a human trafficking count was dropped, and he will be sentenced on July 14th with up to 40 years in prison.
