  • Rodney D. Franklin, 53, was charged with first-degree intentional homicide for killing 73-year-old Keith Rieskamp on November 24, 2024 on the 200 block of E. Doty Avenue in downtown Neenah—evidence from the state crime lab linked him—and his cash bond was set at $500,000.  WTAQ

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • Today, the Menominee Park Train returns to Oshkosh for a test run after almost being closed due to budget cuts. City officials said community support & $50,000 funding from a foundation made the run possible, but they are still working on a long-term plan.  WTAQ
  • Gov Tony Evers ordered state flags to fly at half-staff today—honoring EMS professionals who lost their lives on duty. The flags will be raised from sunrise to sunset, with National EMS Week running from May 18th to May 24th.  Oshkosh Northwestern
