- ➤ Menasha Joint School District is negotiating a lease for the University Children's Center from Winnebago County for a dollar (the center’s employees would join the district and fees from families will cover operating costs) after talks started on May 27. Tony Evers made a stop in Oshkosh as part of his fifth annual Pothole Patrol tour—meeting with public works crews and local officials to push for restoring funds for road and bridge improvements after budget cuts.
