- ➤ More than 600 Wisconsin National Guard soldiers are preparing for deployment after a sendoff ceremony held today at the Kolf Sports Center in Oshkosh — the soldiers from the 2nd Battalion, 127th Infantry Regiment and Gulf Company of the 132nd Brigade Support Battalion will begin pre-mobilization training before heading to the U.S. Central Command to work with NATO partners for regional security.
