- ➤ On June 17th, Fox Valley Technical College signed agreements with UW-Milwaukee and UW-Stevens Point—these deals let students earn an associate degree and transfer credits to pursue a bachelor’s degree. WTAQ
- ➤ Fox Valley Technical College signed transfer agreements with UW‑Milwaukee and UW‑Stevens Point Tuesday to let associate degree students transfer at least 60 credits toward a bachelor’s degree—helping them begin with junior standing. The deals will ease the move from general education courses and offer more options for students’ next steps—boosting their progress in higher education. FOX 11
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Oshkosh residents learned that Gov. Tony Evers’ plan to boost funding for the Municipal Services Payment program was removed by the Joint Finance Committee on June 13—leaving the program underfunded at 37.62% and shifting the cost burden of state-owned services to taxpayers.
