- ➤ A 19-year-old Menasha man is facing charges after a hit-and-run crash hurt people in Fox Crossing and led to a police chase in Menasha that ended in a standoff at a home on Naymut Street—officers spent hours negotiating his surrender when they learned a young child was present. WBAY
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Winnebago County officials have proposed a new master plan to repair and replace aging buildings in Oshkosh and Neenah. Chair John Hinz said the early-stage plan may require up to $340 million for new facilities and $180 million for renovations — with existing maintenance costs expected to hit $60 million over the next five years — as the county works to keep taxes low.
