- ➤ Three individuals were arrested in Oshkosh on Thursday morning when local police and U.S. Marshals served a warrant at a residence on Jackson Street—detectives took a 39-year-old Milwaukee man for controlled substance and firearm charges, a 33-year-old Milwaukee woman for resisting an officer and aiding a felon, and a 31-year-old Oshkosh woman for failing to appear after a revoked license incident.
