- ➤ Oshkosh police are searching for a suspect after a shooting Saturday just before 2 p.m. near Central Street and W Irving Avenue where a 20-year-old was injured in the 600 block of Franklin Street and treated at a local hospital (expected to survive) as detectives said the incident appears isolated between two people.
