Today the Oshkosh Area Humane Society is seeking foster and adoptive homes for 10 long-term shelter dogs—some have waited nearly three years—as adoption slows in August and a local sponsor covers fees and food for four dogs.

A new UW-Oshkosh survey shows that 82% of students had jobs lined up before graduation last year and 91% of Wisconsin grads stayed in-state to work.
