- ➤ Ondra Toombs, 47, was charged with attempted homicide after he shot a woman at a Grand Chute hotel on Aug.8, with a $1 million cash bond set—he was released from a Florida prison last month and will return to court on Aug.21—he has a history of 33 prior convictions. FOX 11
