CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Oshkosh Police are searching for a suspect involved in a shooting Saturday night when officers responded at 11:40 p.m. to a weapons call at Division Street and Irving Avenue after shots were heard coming from a vehicle struck with bullets — no injuries were reported. WBAY
REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Mortgage rates fell to 6.57% on August 4th, giving house hunters in Oshkosh a chance to lower monthly payments on a median $275,292 home—buyers now save about $80 a month and $28,646 over the life of the mortgage. The drop followed a weak July jobs report that boosted hopes for a Fed rate cut in September. WBAY
