- ➤ Oshkosh police arrested a 20-year-old Menasha man who is accused of shooting a 19-year-old on Aug.2 in the 1000 block of Wisconsin Street — detectives traced him to a business on Mall Drive in Grand Chute on Tuesday afternoon after he reportedly tried to escape through an adjoining business, and a search warrant on a Grove Street residence in Menasha turned up two handguns while criminal charges remain pending. - ➤ A corpse found at High Cliff State Park in 2021 and linked to a 1983 murder led lawmakers to propose a change in the law after charges against John Andrews were dropped due to a six-year statute of limitations — the new bill will be voted on later this year. WTAQ
