- ➤ Community members in Menasha organized the Brett Jedwabny Benefit Ride to help Brett recover from a power washing accident last July. The group rode more than 60 miles with stops at Lake Poygan and City Limits—raising funds with a silent auction to support Brett’s progress. WBAY
- ➤ Carter's in Oshkosh has partnered with Boys & Girls Clubs of America to allow checkout donations of $1, $3 or $5 from August 20 to October 18—these funds will directly support local youth learning and arts programs. Oshkosh Northwestern
REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Realtor.com data show that the median home price in Winnebago County rose to $280,000 in May from $265,000 in April, with six single-family homes selling for $1 million or more—prices increased by nearly 17% compared to May last year. Oshkosh Northwestern
- ➤ In July, homes in Winnebago County were listed for a median price of $339,900—a 3.6% drop from June’s $352,450 and 2.5% lower than July last year. Listings moved faster with a median of 30 days on market compared to 34 and the price per square foot increased 8.1% to $186. Oshkosh Northwestern
