- ➤ Kimberly-Clark said proposed changes at its Neenah Cold Spring facility do not include job loss— a union representative claimed the plan to move Kotex production overseas will cut about 100 positions. - ➤ Drivers in downtown Oshkosh must use alternate routes across the Fox River as the Main Street Bridge carrying U.S. Highway 45 traffic will close on Sept. 2 for reconstruction—repairing its electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. The bridge will reopen in April while boaters remain unaffected and free permits are available online for businesses to install directional signs. WHBY
