- ➤ Starting today, Wisconsin families in the Wisconsin Shares program will receive increased childcare assistance that saves about $174 a month for roughly 15,000 households—this boost is part of a state budget plan to help keep childcare providers open and affordable. Oshkosh Northwestern
- ➤ Oshkosh leaders led by Mayor Matt Mugerauer urged state officials to secure long-term funding for repairs to aging highways like State 21 and U.S. 45 during a Sept. 29 press conference at Rainbow Memorial Park—he warned that without steady funds, key projects could be delayed.
