- ➤ The Hope Fridge returned to Oshkosh and is now at 203 Algoma Boulevard outside Trinity Episcopal Church after being removed from Wagner Market months ago because the location was not ideal. Volunteers from local churches and community groups formed a coalition to address food insecurity and are asking residents to donate needed items like fresh produce and ready-to-eat meals—this safe resource meets a vital community need. - ➤ New London farmer Rachel Bouressa—with about 100 cows—lost planned USDA help on Oct. 2 as a government shutdown furloughed NRCS workers. FSA agents—responsible for processing farm loans—were also furloughed, causing small and beginning farmers to face crucial delays for next season. WTAQ
