Good morning, Oshkosh.

The village offers 32 tiny homes along with a playground and community center and was developed with local partners.
Wisconsin lawmakers sent Gov. Tony Evers a bill that will require public schools to ban cell phone use in classrooms, with exceptions for emergencies or mental health reasons.
Most schools already have similar rules+some administrators say the state rule is too broad while supporters believe it will help students concentrate.
Oshkosh Area schools saw enrollment drop by 185 students from last year, as Assistant Superintendent Brian Yerkey said the 3rd Friday Count showed a steady exit of families—many choosing open enrollment.
The district continues to seek feedback from these families to better understand the trend.
Federal officials warn that if the government shutdown continues, FoodShare and WIC programs will not be fully funded in November—putting over 700,000 Wisconsin residents at risk.
