- ➤ Oshkosh will become home to Wisconsin's largest mural by month's end when artist Mauricio Ramirez finishes a 1,000-foot long piece along the riverfront at the Cummins plant at 1005 High Ave. The mural is part of Discover Oshkosh's placemaking initiative that celebrates the city's industrial and cultural heritage — it aims to inspire more creative projects along the riverwalk. - ➤ A bipartisan group of lawmakers proposed a bill to legalize online sports gambling across Wisconsin and let tribal nations run online betting so people can place wagers from anywhere in the state.
