COMMUNITY NEWS
- ➤ On Saturday, the Oshkosh Area Community Pantry extended its hours by two extra hours to help families as delayed SNAP benefits affected about 17,000 county residents—this increase came after serving over 2,800 families, a sharp rise from previous averages. The pantry will offer expanded hours again on November 22nd from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. to give more residents a chance to pick up groceries. WTAQ

- ➤ Oshkosh Area School District will cut staff positions as it reduces its operational budget — the district faces an estimated $6 million deficit for the 2026-27 school year. Oshkosh Northwestern
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Gov. Tony Evers demanded that Education Secretary Linda McMahon send the delayed Impact Aid funds to 20 school districts that serve over 21,000 students.
