- ➤ Counties and local landscaping businesses stocked up Monday night as they prepared for winter weather. Ryan Richeson of Appleton Lawn Snow & Landscaping stockpiled 250 tons of salt and kept 20 workers on standby + urged drivers to lower their speed and carry extra emergency supplies. WBAY

- ➤ Families in Oshkosh are getting ready for Thanksgiving as food prices have risen by 2.7% since September—many are shopping smart by choosing sales, national brands for key items, and private labels for basics. A Wells Fargo report shows that shoppers who follow these tips may find extra savings and even donate their savings to local food pantries—helping others in the community. FOX 11

- ➤ Officials from the Oshkosh Area School District project a roughly $6 million deficit for next school year due to state funding not keeping pace with inflation, declining enrollment, and rising costs.
