Good morning, Oshkosh.

Fourteen credit unions are donating 3,000 holiday meal kits to food pantries in Oshkosh, Green Bay and Appleton, starting Dec.

15. Each pantry will receive 1,000 kits that include breakfast staples + a note of encouragement for families during the holidays.

The Oshkosh school board has just over a month to address a $6 million deficit by considering proposals to cut 11 Central Office positions, 14 district staff, 34 classroom roles, and 12 preK jobs—potentially saving nearly $6.5 million after receiving administrator input.

Homeowners are advised to upgrade attic insulation and ventilation to reduce the risk of ice dams causing roof leaks during heavy snowfall.
