- ➤ The Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh served Thanksgiving meals and holiday gifts to hundreds of families this season. Donors and partners provided meals from Festival Foods, The Roxy Supper Club, and TJ’s Harbor Restaurant, with pumpkin desserts from Truffle Pig, and distributed gifts and hygiene baskets to 257 children. - ➤ Oshkosh children will enjoy nearly 500 books this holiday season as Larry and Pam Lang donated funds to purchase them for the Toys for Tots drive. The Oshkosh Public Library and Salvation Army will distribute the books to local families. WBAY

- ➤ State data from the Department of Trade and Consumer Protection showed that about a quarter of Wisconsin school districts had at least one licensed pool as of Dec. 12, with over 100 pools counted across 421 districts; the list includes districts like Oshkosh Area School District.
