- ➤ Mark Radley, a 61-year-old pizza delivery driver, was convicted for a hit-and-run that fatally injured a pedestrian at about 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 10, 2024 at Ohio Street and W Third Avenue; he pleaded no contest and was scheduled for sentencing on November 21, 2024—police traced damage to his vehicle from security footage. - ➤ The City of La Crosse filed a federal class action lawsuit on Aug. 20 against three fire truck makers including REV Group, Oshkosh Corporation, and Rosenbauer America, accusing them of working together—through a trade group—to limit truck supply and raise prices.
